Paul Kuimet. Perpendicular

€3.50 (Sold out)

Paul Kuimet is an Estonian artist whose practice derives from the specifics of the film and photographic medium as well as the viewer's relation to a two-dimensional image and its spatial positioning. His 2016 exhibition "Perpendicular" dealt with the irreversible effects of time on objects, buildings and institutions, and was accompanied by a bilingual publication giving a contextual overview of Paul Kuimet’s newest and previous works. The authors of the texts are literary scholar Jaak Tomberg and critic and curator Chris Sharp. The publication is designed by Indrek Sirkel.
