The 4th International Summer School of Photography (ISSP) took place in Ludza, Latvia from 1 to 9 August 2009.

ISSP 2009 offered workshops by Vanessa Winship (UK), Eiko Grimberg (Germany), Mehmet Kismet (Turkey), Peeter Linnap (Estonia) Iveta Vaivode (Latvia) & Alexander Gronsky (Russia) - see workshops and teachers and programme.
