ISSP 2007
The International Summer School of Photography 2007 took place in Ludza on 4 -12 August 2007. The event has repeatedly claimed lots of appreciation from the participants and the media. See the documentation of ISSP 2007 in pictures.
50 participants from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Russia, UK, Belgium and Spain worked together with 5 professional photographers - see workshops & teachers - to produce their series of work.
An exhibition of the ISSP participants’ final works was set up in Ludza on the last day of the summer school, open for the public from 12 August till September 2007. Selected works were also featured at an Exhibition at Goethe-Institute in Riga in November 2007. The ISSP 2007 Catalogue was released in summer 2008.
